Dilemma

By: Megha Wahi

On the deserted road of my heart,

a captivating beam turned on me.

“Oh! don’t be muttonheaded, you are smart”;

muttered ‘I‘ to myself having a tea.

What are the thoughts

that drive me away from all?

Am i going to rise high?

orleading to the great fall?

Doodling in the notebooks

has become a new hobby these days.

The reason is still unknown for the 100 watt smile

that lasts the whole day on my face.

Oh Lord! If this light is transient,

fade it away.

And if it’s perpetual,

Do not stop me and let me sway.
