Writing has become her passion. Analysis is her rhythm. Literature is in her blood.
The author was born in Kolkata in a family of literature, art and culture, originated in the then East Bengal (now in Bangladesh). She is one of the great granddaughters of Late Dr. Makhan Lal Roy Choudhury, noted Historian and Educationist and of Late Rajendra Lal Roy Choudhury of Noakhali Genocide of 1946 (Wikipedia) . Miss Ray Chaudhuri was a student of Gokhale Memorial Girls’ School, Kolkata and Presidency College, Kolkata. Her specialization and interest cover 17th/18th Century Philosophy, Metaphysics and Philosophy of Mind.
On compiling her web works into a book she would like thank her parents, her mentors Mrs. Madhusraba Dasgupta authored Pioneering Companions to ‘The Mahabharata’ and ‘The Ramayana’, Published By ‘Sahitya Samsad’ and Mr. Sibasish Roy Choudhury, a teacher and an author who guided her on History of English Literature, many of her students and the Publication House.
A huge passion for words of Author Dr. S.Sen and favourable quotes from Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, her writings on selected topics with a few edits, have been modulated to analyse self.
