Dr Ashok Jainer is a renowned psychiatrist, he was born in a small village in a  spiritual family.

There is a good deal of discussion on divinity forms and impurities of life and the ways to deal with them. The author talks about how to set up a connection between the human mind and divinity using ‘the self-realisation technique’.
