First of all let me congratulate you and your team for putting in efforts in publishing my very firstbook in the most professional manner. You have made my dream come true by putting my thoughtprocess on paper. The front cover design and the back cover design of the book is very attractive andhas been appreciated by all. The flow diagrams printed as per the specifications given by me areneat, flawless. What has impressed me most is your total transparency in dealing with yourcustomers. You have guided me at each stage of publishing of the book including selection ofpackage offered by you, costing of the package, cover design, editing of contents, formatting andproduction. You adhered to the timelines given by you in each stage of publishing. There was somedelay in editing of the contents for which you explained the reasons for delay. I gave you thedeadline to complete the printing of the book by 10 th of April-2024 within which you finished theprinting.I was however disappointed at your refusal to make some corrections in the contents which wereleft out due to oversight. I expected you to show some flexibility in your approach.Overall, I am quite pleased with the quality of workmanship.On a scale of 1-5 , I will give you 4.

Zorba Books is always responsive to the author's questions. The quality of the product will be as per the author's imagination, and information and guidance are always assured. I will rate Zorbabooks 5/5. Yet, in the public perception, ' self-publishing' is looked down upon, and wrongly so, because traditional publishers, who publish for free, make the author wait as per their convenience.
