SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: We allow cancellations if the service has not commenced. Only where service has not commenced, a full refund minus processing fees will be charged. If no cancellation claim is made in the first month of booking the package, it stands that only 50% of the amount will be refunded. This does not apply post commencement of service. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. The order will stand cancelled and amount paid for the order will be reversed.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY: If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
