Return/refund/cancellation policy

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: We allow cancellations if the service has not commenced for a full refund minus processing fees.

Product Cancellation Policy: If you have received a damaged or defective product or it is not as described, you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

When does this guarantee not apply?

The guarantee does not extend to:

  • Damages due to misuse of product or Incidental damage
  • Products tampered with.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging.


Refund: If the order has not been shipped a full refund minus payment processing fees, if applicable. The due amount is refunded back within 2 weeks. Through wire transfer provided the details of account and NEFT to be provided on cancellation of the order at

Cancellation policy: If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing it. The order will stand cancelled and amount paid for the order will be reversed.
