SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: Our publishing services cancellation policy states that any order cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full after deducting the processing fee.
If an order is cancelled within one month of placing the order and no work has commenced, 50% of the total service order amount will be refunded.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation of the product order. If the product ordered is defective or otherwise damaged, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 7 working days.
Exception Policy: The guarantee does not extend to:
• In case the product is used
• If the product is damaged at the receiver’s end
• If proof of buying the product cannot be furnished.
- If the product is ordered from outside of India
- If the period of return is after 30 days of sale of product.
Refund: Once we receive proof of damage and the order is confirmed, the refund is wired back to you within 7 working days. Where needed, you will need to provide us with bank information or any information needed to transfer the amount to you by other means.
