The Unknown Peculiar Disappearance

Whoosh!

The air swished here and there as the three juveniles glared at each other in dismay, and looked back down how high they were with just fog and fog everywhere as much as they could see, shivering and trembling like a flickering flame of a burning candle. Daniel-a boy among the group of 3, huffed and puffed like an elephant hardly able to trek up a mountain. He couldn’t handle the overweight of his body and collapsed, breathlessly on the crystal colorless snow in a conscious state (splashing the snow here and there like a fountain) giggling at Sofia and Adan, moving his stout chubby body exhaustedly. Daniel’s hazel-nut eyes told everything: he couldn’t stay here for more than a minute but he had to; unfortunately. Adan felt pity for him and held him up with his rough hands and strong tall and slim body. Sofia-the blue eyed gracile girl, stared at Daniel with a villainous smile innocently, rubbing her hands which were as soft as silk.

Just then,

“Daniel, look at your state, I guess you should eat something. Unfortunately, you both devoured on your sandwiches before as you were famished, but I have some tangy, tasty and delectable sandwiches left. Come let’s relish.” Sofia suggested strangely, looking inside the bag and back at them biting her lips.

She smiled wickedly.

Mr. Dahl was the head of the trekking company who had made groups of 3 and had given each of them food packets, a buzzer and a mobile phone in a jute bag for help if needed. Daniel being in a deep thought, realised this and checked his bag to find out the phone and buzzer. To his surprise, the buzzer was broken into pieces and the tiny cell-phone had no network.

Depressed, he sat there lonely, wrapping his shawl properly around him, quivering: denying to relish on the palatable sandwiches offered by Sofia, completely losing hope.

It seemed that the weather was also not by his side as the wind gushed fiercely, throwing snow on his face and making him shriek. He was indeed a thunderstorm and started howling in a fit of rage: down-heartedly, because he was in pain.

Sofia tried consoling him and ordered him in a sweet polite way to eat the sandwiches but he refused the aromatic smelling sandwiches. Adan sniffed the fragrant smell but didn’t eat it as he didn’t want to savor on it without Daniel.

She was fed up. Her blue-eyes got scarlet vermillion red filled with wrath and she smelt like burning gas.

Adan put his hand in his pocket and froze. Just then, he perceived that he still had the buzzer, which he thought was lost.

“Daniel, Sofia: I found my buzzer.” Adan screamt in joy; buoyantly.

Daniel stood up and re-gained his hope poking his head into the buzzer in Adan’s hands. Adan pressed on it but suddenly saw a long tall brown-shadow and was stunned. He never saw a shadow of this sort.

It was an intriguing brown-shadow of a tall man covered completely in black, as the sky got gloomy and scowled at him tumultuously making lightning dance through the sky. His emerald evil eyes glanced at Sofia. She grinned from ear to ear in an eccentric and sinful way.

Out of the blue, he clapped his hands and nothing was the same.

The snowy icy mountains dissipated and Daniel and Adan were in a room filled of snakes as Sofia and the man disappeared and were out of sight.

“Aghhh!” yelled the two boys in despair.
