A Scenery That Beholds

A scenery that I love to see

All through the day and at night.

It has a black spot, creates dilemma,

That appears on the left or right.

It also contains plateaus, plains, and ponds,

Climbers, a den, and forest fire in it.

These are things so strange, yet

They pull me in—I feel their magnetism and wit.

The den, very deep with two openings,

Has two beautiful ponds, one on each side.

Each pond holds a round, large stone,

At the center—identical in size and pride.

The plateau above the ponds

Has many climbers growing down.

The plains on either side of the den

Have soil of a slightly brown.

The forest fire in the middle last,

looks like an active volcanic range.

The things present make it beautiful,

but to others, it’s a sight so strange.
