The virus

A tiny virus has so much of might
It has suddenly paralyzed the  whole  world

Everywhere there is a strange hush
All seems to be so   quiet .

The streets look forlorn
No one is  in a rush .
It's time to be indoors with our loved ones
And   make amends for  our wrongs .

And pray,  share,   laugh and  care
Even if there is sickness, death, isolation      and fear .
We may have been attacked and torn  apart
Yet we'll    hold  up our spirits

And win the fight
To scare the virus away out of its wits.
