SUPPRESSION OF THOUGHTS

Suppression of thoughts

in mind

creates depression

of emotions in actions.

Such depression causes

oppression of mind

and body alike.

Such oppression creates

nasty desperation

in human life.

Such desperation builds

enormous confusion

in human thoughts.

Such confusion paves the way

for the intrusion of

naughty inertia and inaction

into the mind.

Such inertia and inaction

shut the way to recreation

in the mind.

Such loss of recreation

prevents the growth

of happiness in the mind.

Such a lack of happiness

in the mind

affects its power

to make decisions.

Such a loss of the mind’s

power to decide

leads it to think

about the future.

Such thoughts in the mind,

in their own way,

evolve into thoughts

of progression in life.

Yes…! Suppression

of thoughts in the mind

would create depression

in the beautiful life

of a human being…!

A man who removes

suppression and depression

from his mind,

and fills it with

clear and flowing thoughts,

will let his mind flow

as freely and clearly

as river water
