Poem
Lucky Birds
We see many, many birds,
Many, many varied birds.
They are free in this world;
They are not the slaves of men.
Humans can’t resist their freedom to live.
Birds are self-dependent.
They fly with their wings to rejoice.
They make nests with their own effort.
Trees bear their nests with pride.
They live freely without harming others.
Birds lay eggs in their nests
to give birth to their young ones.
Birds don’t receive any help from others
to nurture them.
Birds fly up and up along the sky
with their own wings.
While they fly up,
they forget hunger and thirst.
There is no anger or ego among them
to conquer anything.
There is no bar or barricade
in their free world.
Birds are happy with whatever they possess.
They wake and sleep,
fly and feed on their own.
They have no laziness or jealousy
in their ways and actions.
Birds…….!
What lucky creatures of the Creator……..!
But human beings are
diametrically opposite to this!
Would greedy and jealous men
learn a lesson of life
from the life of birds?
