Tommy and the Toy Parade

Tommy had a big, bright box full of toys.

There were teddy bears, racing cars, building blocks, and even a red train that went “choo-choo!”

Every morning, Tommy opened his toy box with a big smile.

Which toy should I play with today? he wondered.

He pulled out his teddy bear and gave it a warm hug.

Then, he zoomed his little yellow car across the rug—vroom, vroom!

Next, Tommy built a tall tower with his colourful blocks.

He stacked them up, up, up…

Oops! The tower tumbled down.

Tommy giggled and built it again.

Suddenly, Tommy had an idea.

“It’s time for a toy parade!” he cheered.

He lined up all his favourite toys—teddy bear, racing car, blocks, and the choo-choo train.

March, march, march!

The toys went around the room, following Tommy as he led the parade.

Even his puppy, Max, joined in, wagging his tail.

When the parade was over, Tommy and his toys sat together in a cozy circle.

He thanked each toy for the fun day.

Then, he put them all back in the box, safe and snug, until tomorrow.

Tommy gave his teddy bear one last hug and whispered, “Goodnight, toys. See you soon for more adventures!”
