Bhumika was created from a glowing fire ball coming out of Surya Dev’s heart. The fire ball began to spin for several million years, after which it cooled down slowly. Surya Dev loved all his 8 children and he always wanted them to be with him, in his empire, by creating an band of protection (Raksha Bandhan)for each child, so that each one can be in their own territory and rule their territory.
