IF YOU

Have you heard that bird

Which flies through the unknown sward?

Or the sunrays mingling valey,

Playing music what dews relay-

Vivid curves of ocean stream

Diamond scatters weaving beam!

Have you heard flute that sings,

First moonshine what rejoice brings?-

And tickling ringlet with mellow wing,

Cold fresh runnel in hilarious spring!

Have you heard rattling train

Passing Nilgiris with drizzle rain!

Or the large sky with ocean blue,-

Lovely night snow with violin clue!

Have you heard the next to you

Or forgotten ever like decaying hue!
