Quarantine for life

Many of us are tired due to this quarantine and just waiting to get out of our places and surely soon we can go out meet our friends, relatives, new peoples, and can visit new places. 
But what about the animals who just remain inside a small box for whole life or can say maximum part of their life, we are not only keeping them for sake of entertainment of childrens but we are also keep them just due to earn money and due to all this we are ruining thier life. 
I am writing a petition for release of such animals so that they can also live freely because we dong have any right to catch them and ruine their life nor the goverment has a right to order anyone for doing such act.
Yes that's true that early i hadn't realised the pain and nor think about them but now i realised that and now i want to change the rule and i will change it sure.
