In the above table the father is dark skinned and prodit means he is supportive to his own race.

Because he is black the prodit trait affects him to help the black people. And after reproducing a child with a white woman the child was born with white skin and got the prodit trait. The only difference is the father is black and the child is white so the child will naturally start supporting his own race which is white.
