13.2 Are white people to be blamed for colonizing other races?

There’s no race which is better at showing empathy and condolence to each other.

We can’t pick one or multiple races and say this race is better at sacrificing and showing empathy to others.

Only a few people are empaths. And they could be found in every race.

The white race did what they wanted to do and they did it pretty successfully.

Other races also wanted to rule over other races including white race but they were less successful to fulfill their demand. But the white race could do it and spread to the world.

No race as a whole can be blamed for colonization. Colonization was carried out by specific states, empires, rulers, and economic systems at particular moments in history. It was not something done by “white people” as a biological group.

If we look at history, the major colonial powers of the early modern period included states like:

  • Portugal
  • Spain
  • United Kingdom
  • France
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • Italy

These were political entities competing for land, trade routes, labor, and resources. Their actions were driven by power politics, economic expansion, religious missions, and strategic rivalry. Ordinary people within those societies often had little say in imperial decisions.

Also important: colonization is not unique to Europe. Expansion and conquest have been common throughout history across many civilizations. For example:

  • The Mongol Empire expanded across Eurasia.
  • The Ottoman Empire controlled large parts of Europe, Asia, and Africa.
  • The Arab Caliphates expanded rapidly across North Africa and the Middle East.
  • The Aztec Empire and Inca Empire expanded over neighboring peoples before Europeans arrived.

So conquest and empire-building are human historical patterns, not racial traits.
