Metamorphosis is a process of transformation, change and growth that one undergoes. The collection of poems are reflective of growth that happens as part of our personal experiences and dwell on insights, consciousness and apprehensions which may be faced in our lives. It’s an attempt to generate deeper understanding and awareness of human experiences and life as a whole.

About the Author

Sakshi is a Counselling Psychologist and a learning facilitator with expertise in the field of counselling, coaching, professional training, and academics. She has more than a decade of work experience. She is passionate about Psychology and is a PhD in the field of Positive Psychology & Designing Interventions. She is a Certified NLP practitioner. She believes creative expression is essential for an individual’s well-being and practices the use of creative expression & positive psychology in her counselling sessions. She has learned various dance forms and likes to do creative work and writing poems and prose.
