If Only There Was a World of Our Own

If only there was a world of our own,

Where hearts spoke louder than stone.

Where love wasn’t measured, nor trust ever died,

And no one ever left, no matter how hard they cried.

A world where eyes understood the pain,

Where silence brought peace, not strain.

Where hugs healed wounds time couldn’t see,

And every soul felt truly free.

If only we lived in that kind of place,

Where loyalty was common, not just grace.

Where “ours” meant forever, not just a phase —

Oh, how I long for those golden days…

A world not built on masks and lies,

But truth that sparkles in tearful eyes.

If only such a world could be…

Then maybe, just maybe — Aamina would be truly free.
