Someone I Never Had

Your beauty feels like morning sunshine,

Soft, warm, and impossible to describe.

No words I know could ever explain,

The way your presence brightens my sky.

You are the light that finds me in the dark,

The reason I smile when the world feels cold,

A feeling more precious than words could hold.

When you’re not around, something feels missing,

As if the world has lost its sound.

Just having you around feels enough.

I could hear your voice for hours

And still wish you’d keep talking on.

Whenever I think about you,

I wonder what life could be—
