The India I Believe In

I believe in an India that rises with the sun,

Where every dream is honoured, every child can run.

Where the colour of a name, a faith, or a creed

Never decides whose voice the nation will heed.

I believe in fields where farmers stand tall,

In classrooms where knowledge belongs to all.

In streets where women walk fearless at night,

And truth is not silenced for standing for right.

I believe in hands that build, not divide,

In hearts where compassion and courage reside.

An India where differences become our strength,

And justice reaches every corner, every length.

My India is not only a memory of glory—

It is tomorrow, still waiting to write its story.

And if millions of hearts choose hope over fear,

The India we dream of will surely draw near.

So let the tricolour rise, proud and free,

For the India I believe in is the India we can be.
