Buried Beneath the silence

Where whispers alarmed the wind ,

Tranquility guarded every street.

One winter morning,

A crimson letter found me.

It’s message read,

“The truth has been buried

Beneath silence”

Days kept ticking by,

Yet no crime was reported.

Driven by curiosity,

I searched for the truth.

Then I uncovered a forgotten tale

Twenty years ago,

A journalist vanished

While investigating

A series of murders.

Every page I turned,

Unveiled another secret.

The deeper I searched,

The heavier became the silence.

Someone wanted the truth

To stay buried forever.
