The Book Musical Marvels of Self is a collection of poems on he esoteric wonders of the inner realm, which we look at and react to. It expresses the marvels of life, taking into account unique things in the Universe, splendorous beauty of nature, inner thoughts, emotions, experiences and values reflecting the joyous rays of inner spirit. Every poem inspires to swim in the mystical silence of peace and bliss defending and elevating one’s self from chaos, sorrow and mundane desires, realizing the lost persona.
About the Author
Dr.Ujjwala Kakarla is by occupation a Professor of English, literally a Poet and Short Story Writer, poetic reviewer, by ideology a spiritual activist, by choice a passionate researcher in Aesthetics and Indo-Anglian Poetry. She also served as a web consultant freelancer for Bodh Bridge Educational Services, IIT Chennai. She authored two books viz., Lyrical Whispers of Self: Anthology of Poetry written during her online writing Journey with Megha Bajaj, award winning and aspiring author and Indian and Western Aesthetics in Sri Aurobindo’s Criticism.
Her poems have been published in Tuck Magazine, World Wide Web: Poetry Archive, Asian Continental Journal and a few her short stories have been published in Daath Voyage: An International Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in English.
She also renders her free services as Soft Skills and Personality Development trainer at Rama Krishna Mission and Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University.
Rumpa-Ray- Ghosh is by occupation a teacher, content writer and a blogger. She has completed her post-graduation and B.Ed. from the University of Calcutta. She has worked as a teacher in St. Thomas School, Mumbai, as a content-writer for ‘Pratham’ (NGO) and as an English curriculum developer in Vibgyor High School, Mumbai.
She publishes her writings on her blog ‘www.fragmentofimagination.com’. She is also a writer for some literary groups. Some of her poems have been published in national anthologies. Recently one of her poems has been published in a US e-magazine “Beyond Borders” at www.yumpu.com. She has also participated in an open-mic poetry reciting performance in the Prithvi theatre arena in Mumbai.
Proficient in classical vocal music, she is a Sangeet Visharad from Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith, Lucknow and is trained under Late Pandit Vinayak Vohra.
