The poems in this volume The Mind Voice are the result of the writer’s keen observation of her surroundings and her Nostalgia. This small volume is a modest attempt at understanding the most essential characteristics of both living and nonliving in our surroundings.
This anthology of poems, The Mind Voice consists of 20 poems in Part -I and 18 in Part-II. Different titles in the string of poems would in fact rejoice the readers with different themes. The poems have been written within the range of the readers’ linguistic competence. The language is simple, clear and lucid.
About the Author
Dr. Kalavathi Tiwari is an academician, gaining experience in teaching field for more than 3 decades at various levels, ranging from School to Degree, P.G. and Engineering colleges. She worked in various capacities and was an able administrator. She participated in National & International Seminars and presented papers. She has also attended many a workshop. She is the J.K.C. Mentor and gives coaching to Degree college students. She has also authored 3 books. A few of her poems and a few articles are published in ‘Triveni’ Journal. She has co-authored a textbook entitled Proficiency in
English- Part II for I B.Tech. – II Sem. She has published 16 research papers in various National
and International Journals. She is the recipient of Best Teacher Award from J.SIKILE
