He was mainly vested in coaching and training of personnel at various levels in risk assessment and human behavioural aspect which forms his main area of interest and work.
He writes as a motivational coach on the internet. He is interested in re-shaping people’s lifestyles, so they are able to optimize their productivity. He seeks to inspire people to uplift their health, minds and hearts.
Fitness and health hold paramount importance for him. He is ready to serve anyone on these fronts with wellness advisory work. His simplistic tips and scientific demeanour have influenced and helped several of his multi-cultural colleagues to successfully amend their lifestyle, health and food intake patterns. A disciplinarian since childhood, which he owes to his parents, he is trying to create a similar lifestyle pattern for his friends, family, and colleagues.
