Description
The book is an unusual yet pioneering take on leadership. It has skillfully used Shakespearean characters to frame an original concept the authors call ‘contextual leadership’. The authors believe that contexts are profound, fleeting and course-altering. Their work juxtaposes Shakespearean characters and contexts with modern day leadership and business scenarios and reveals how leaders can respond to contexts using lessons from Shakespeare. This book is for all those who are interested in the practice of leadership, and are keen on enhancing their leader-competencies.
