An illustrated and colourful story book for children
Stories in this book tell of the simple life of children and animals that children are familiar with. Situations and incidences are those which children may experience in their lives. The vocabulary in this story book for children is simple and appropriate for the mental age of children.
Each story is cheerfully presented. Adults in the stories are graceful characters and they play the role of a guide. Both children and animals in the stories are playful. Relationships are only in terms of love and friendship. Each story conveys a moral for the children.
Rhymes are very simple. They are easy to recite because simple and common rhyming words are used. Words used in each Rhyme could be easefully pronounced with the correct pronunciation. Each Rhyme is constructed in such a manner that children will enjoy them and will have the pleasure of reciting them.
Meanings of each Rhyme cand be understood by children as they read. Each Rhyme is educative because they carry simple ideas within a child’s world. As children read the Rhymes, they can also learn to write Rhymes on their own and within their level.
