Had served for more than three decades in Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India where he was elevated to the post of Director (Academic) due to his academic vent of mind and disciplined approach having served in Indian Air Force for a decade. A PhD in Management, Prof. Sharma also served in a very senior position in power sector PSU in Delhi Govt. besides serving as Director and Collector (A statutory position) in DUSIB. He Possesses a unique experience of about 41 yrs of service in the Armed Forces, PSU, State Government, Govt. of India dealing with administrative & academic matters.
