About the Authors

Babu is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 25 years of experience under his belt as an HR Expert as well as an HR Entrepreneur at SimplyHR. Prior to SimplyHR, in his corporate career, he worked at organisations such as Gillette, ING Vysya, Suzuki Motorcycle, and Network 18. His core competencies lie in Generalist HR with a focus on Operations, Policies & Procedures, Compensation Management, Employee Engagement, and implementation of various HR Tools. He was also part of the HR team that was instrumental in facilitating Network18 to become a Great Place to Work for 2 years consecutively (2008- 2009). He is also an ardent fan of sports and enjoys spending his free time with his family watching movies. His one-liner quips are a hit with friends and family!
Rajneesh Singh
Rajneesh comes with over three decades experience as an HR practitioner as well as an HR entrepreneur. In his corporate
avatar, he served well-known organisations such as Eicher, Gillette, and Network18 Group. In January 2011, he co-founded
SimplyHR, which today is an end-to-end HR firm catering to start-ups, SMEs, and large organisations. He is an active contributor towards Entrepreneurship Development at school level initiated by Delhi Government. He is on the Academic & Corporate Advisory Council at Army Institute of Management and Technology, Noida. He is a Mentor at School of Inspired Leadership, Gurugram. He is involved with a school for Autism children,
Parivartan School in Delhi and is one of the early supporters of Nayi Disha, Gurugram, a school for under privileged children. He is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people who need more opportunities to achieve their aspirations. He is a published author, a social media enthusiast and loves anything to do with the outdoors.
Saurabh Khandelwal
Saurabh is an HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in the industry including more than 10 years with corporates and 11 years as an HR Entrepreneur. He has previously served JK Group, Jindal Group, and Network18 Group in his corporate career and then Co-founded SimplyHR, the one-stop end-to-end HR Services and Support firm. His DNA has the risk taking ability and financial tilt of mind. He enjoys exploring money and accounting matters and believes in mutual growth. He is very religious and spends his time in reading mythology literature.
Saurabh Saxena
Saurabh Saxena (nicknamed SS in SimplyHR), is a post graduate in PM&IR and an HR generalist with more than two decades of hands on experience in core HR Strategy & Operations in diversified industries. After spending more than a decade in Corporates like ITC Group and Network18, the entrepreneurial streak in him was ignited and he joined hands with his peers to set up SimplyHR in January 2011. He is always on the edge, has an unconventional thought process, and an analytical bent of mind, thereby making him the ideal person to take charge of our HRMS platform. Simpli! Saurabh is an avid traveler, reader, Bollywood buff, and an adventure junkie.
