Everywhere is a book for meditation.
What is meditation? Can we be meditative with open eyes? Can we get a glimpse into the underlying truth which feels like ultimate peace and closer to home? It is time we close this gap between spirituality and everyday life in a world that suffers from false, illusory knowledge. What if we live from our essence everyday and be true to ourselves, so we can make better our short lives on this earth?
Let us dig a little deeper and transcend from being intelligent to being wise.
Shaloo Dogra is a yogacharya with over 25 years of experience in formal meditation . She has a passion for wellness and feels that everyone can get a glimpse into this gift of Peace which lies within each one of us but remains unopened, undiscovered by most. Let us lighten the load a bit and effortlessly step into this world of calm and quiet.
The Advaita philosophy tells us about Shravan( listening), Manan ( contemplation) and Nidhidhyasana (constant meditation). As magical as our scriptures are, with rich Sanskrit and knowledge, how much ever the author would want everyone to discover for themselves these treasures, she realises not everyone has the time or energy for it. Shaloo hopes to bring you into this world of ancient wisdom with simple everyday English, with Everywhere, a book for meditation.
After personally helping hundreds of people on their journey to mental and physical health, Shaloo Dogra through this book aims to lift the veil on the limited mind through contemplative verses and see the Absolute in all its glory.
